Jess's taco-centric approach to abs gives the studio a light and stress-free vibe for all seeking a total body workout with immediate gratification.
Teaching Style: Rhythm based Pilates focused on muscle tone and active recovery.
When she's not running the studio, Jess enjoys eating at local restaurants and relaxing at home with her husband Tad... preferably with Italian roasted coffee in hand.
